Key Responsibilities

As a Risk Management Analyst, you'll have a deep understanding of Risk Management, through analyzing strategic decisions, linking profitability between customer behaviors, fraud, and credit provision, and riding credit-associated analytical insights to key stakeholders, including Risk, Collections, Marketing, and Finance groups. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining deep analytics through leveraging superior methodologies in forecasting approaches
• Conducting fact analyses, modeling, synthesizing conclusions, communicating, and providing recommendations to key stakeholders and partners
• Partnering with Risk and Finance groups on cross-agency strategic projects through riding key analytics to inform business decisions
• Driving awareness of data/insights/market/portfolio developments throughout organizations and proactively identifying opportunities for analysis
• Providing thought leadership on initiatives throughout the Global Risk Finance agency to support blithequark in meeting its long-term growth targets

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or computer science)

• 2+ years of experience in risk management, finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling, including experience with data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or computer science)

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, finance, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data analytics tools
• Certification in risk management, such as FRM or PRM
