The Role

As a Senior Analyst on our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our group's work to transform a network of thousands of individual merchant organizations into a seamless supply chain. You'll work closely with our innovation partners to develop cutting-edge tools that providers will use to execute high-value activities. Your expertise will be essential in determining the right approaches and tools to address our providers' needs, driving more efficient fulfillment, communication, reporting, product availability, and transparency into our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

* Foster factual and logical models to support cross-functional initiatives

  • Collaborate and partner closely with Information Solutions, Information Representation, and others to ensure flexible rollout of proposals
  • Use data science and information design methods to bring answers to complex questions into scope
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for data, analysis, and insights within the Global Operations or Supply Chain association to ensure accurate and appropriate interpretation of core business metrics and customer behavior
  • Support wide-scale improvement initiatives across thousands of providers to improve efficiency and visibility across the supply chain for our provider partners
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify execution issues and drive change
  • Consistently deliver performance patterns and upgrades to senior leadership and management

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Systems, Economics, Management, Sociology, or other quantitative discipline

  • Experience in a quantitative, business intelligence, data science, or design role performing quantitative analysis is a plus
  • Active experience leading quantitative analyses on large datasets; expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), and programming languages (Python, R)
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, and Vertica including joins, subqueries, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, DataStudio) is a plus
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Solution-oriented, collaborative, and inquisitive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative person highly cooperative disposition
  • Experience in delivering successful projects from start to finish on time
