The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with a dedicated team of leaders and peers who share your passion for customer satisfaction and are committed to supporting your growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs

• Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
• Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, providing exceptional service and support to customers

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shifts, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app for company communications
