Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Residences of ID, LA, TX, MO, UT, you'll be the voice of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional customer service skills will make all the difference in building strong relationships between our clients and their customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

* Engage with customers over the phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain and update customer information as necessary to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive experience for our customers
• Escalate calls to a supervisor when necessary and appropriate to ensure seamless resolution
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations in a timely and accurate manner
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues to improve our processes and services
• Upsell to customers as necessary to meet their needs and exceed their expectations

Job Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• Customer service experience a plus
• Phone-related customer service a major plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
• Bilingual language skills a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Stellar customer service skills and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time

• Ability to use phone and computer systems with ease
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong listening/comprehension skills
• Ability to stay composed and objective in high-pressure situations
• Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude
