Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for our Government Sector, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, answering product-related questions, and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer product-related questions and provide detailed information about our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or e-commerce

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of product information management systems and product data feeds
  • Experience with sales and customer service metrics and analytics
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
