As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and managing appointments effectively using calendar management tools to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track customer interactions and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining a professional phone etiquette at all times, representing our team positively and upholding our brand values
  • Using basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness
  • Proactively resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer care
  • Maintaining customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to our high standards of data management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, with experience in using calendar management tools for scheduling appointments

  • Experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth
