Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. As a representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer service inquiries, providing technical support, and offering additional forms of real-time problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide concise and effective information to customers via live chat, phone, or email
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and technical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identify major pain points and flag them to a liaison for further action
  • Participate in on-the-job training and engage with opportunities to improve your skills
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services

Qualifications

* A love for customers and their experience with our products

  • Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Ability to work weekends if needed
