Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: -

Customer Interaction:

Providing timely and informative responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a personalized experience and addressing concerns effectively. -

Issue Resolution:

Analyzing customer issues and providing suitable solutions or escalating problems as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction. -

Knowledge Management:

Utilizing and contributing to internal knowledge bases, ensuring information remains accurate and up-to-date for future reference. -

Documentation:

Accurately documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to track inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback. -

Collaboration:

Working closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales) to address customer needs and relay important information. -

Feedback Loop:

Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with management to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience. -

Project Management:

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. -

Training and Development:

Participating in any necessary training sessions to stay informed about product updates, new processes, and best practices in customer support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need: -

Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business administration). -

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or remote environment. -

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in chat support tools and CRM software, with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -

Personality Traits:

An energetic personality, with the ability to engage customers positively and effectively. Independent worker, capable of managing time and responsibilities with minimal supervision. -

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently. -
