This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally, and collaborating with other departments to address complex customer needs.Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, providing valuable insights for process improvement
- Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies, driving continuous improvement and excellence
Key Requirements:
- Fluent, near-native level spoken English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work US business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency with common computer applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
