You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally, and collaborating with other departments to address complex customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, providing valuable insights for process improvement
  • Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies, driving continuous improvement and excellence

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent, near-native level spoken English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to work US business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency with common computer applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing technology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
