Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting passengers with flight bookings, reservations, and travel-related concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous customer service or banking experience would be an asset in this role. Additionally, proficiency in Episys/Symitar and processing wires would be beneficial.
