Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support your success. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to meet their needs

  • Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall customer service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

  • Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shifts, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

  • Proven track record in customer service and sales, with a focus on problem-solving and goal-achievement
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience

Work from Home Requirements

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work

  • Excellent Internet connectivity, with:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, with the ability to download our app for company communications
