Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to plan members via phone, email, and chat
  • Answering questions and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions that meet the needs of our members
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
