What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for customers
• Operating with empathy, patience, and kindness to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with teammates and managers to share knowledge and best practices
• Staying up-to-date with product information and company policies to provide accurate solutions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and research
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
• Ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

• A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
• A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
