Worksite and Schedule
Our Part-Time Medical Claims Data Entry Clerk will work at our West Sacramento, CA location, specifically at 820 Stillwater Road. The schedule for this position is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This temporary position is expected to last from January to June 2025.

Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Medical Claims Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Entering source claim documents by reviewing and correcting data deficiencies
- Working in a production-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining attendance and adhering to company policy
- Delivering high-quality results consistently and meeting individual KPIs for data entered
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Completing tasks within deadlines and managing time effectively
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school education or equivalent
- Knowledge of recognition software and/or other data entry systems (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in data entry or a related production-oriented field (preferred)
- Ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate
- Punctuality and attendance are critical in this position
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic PC skills required
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
- Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
