Role and Responsibilities

As a Website Live Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging into our live chat application daily to interact with customers or potential customers
  • Responding to their inquiries, assisting them with their needs, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilizing provided scripts for the most commonly asked questions to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborating with a chat supervisor for additional support as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers
