Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized support to our members, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their healthcare-related queries. You will be the first point of contact for our members, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from members, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and empathetic support, resolving issues and escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed
  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and services to educate members on their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including medical and pharmacy, to resolve member issues and improve overall service quality
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, including call logs, emails, and chat transcripts
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and member satisfaction

Required Qualifications

* 1-year experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a remote setting, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and services

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with members in their preferred language
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed
