Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information to generate leads and drive sales for our clients
  • Summarizing interactions with customers to provide valuable insights for our clients, helping them to better understand their customers' needs and preferences
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with blithequark

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure

Requirements

To join our team, you will need to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Meet the qualifications outlined above
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
