We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative at our Corporate office in Chesapeake, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the welcoming face of blithequark, engaging with customers both in-person and through phone and email interactions
- Process orders with precision and care, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative tasks and improve service delivery
- Handle cashier transactions and clerical duties efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and documentation to support our high standards of service
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met
- Keep customers informed about prices, scheduled work dates, and any updates
- Follow up on orders to guarantee timely completion and satisfaction
- Prepare receipts and shipping documents with attention to detail
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with the public in a fast-paced environment is a plus; cashier experience is also valued
- Self-starter with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for customer service
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals and instructions; skilled at writing routine reports and correspondence
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Independent worker who exercises sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Team player who takes direction well from management and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications:
* (Desired) HVAC industry-specific experience
