Job Description
Responsibilities – Provide world-class customer service by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns via phone, chat, and email. – Assist customers with navigating Amazon’s website and mobile app. – Handle returns, refunds, and other customer service requests efficiently and professionally. – Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution. – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products, services, and promotions. – Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. – Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. – Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. – Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. – Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Restrictions – Must be at least 18 years old. – Must reside in a location where Amazon is hiring for remote positions. – Must be able to pass a background check.
