As a remote chat representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service to golfers worldwide, mirroring an in-store experience

- Using primarily blithequark golf equipment to provide authentic and knowledgeable assistance
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with the blithequark website and related media/searches
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on blithequark products
- In-depth knowledge of current and past blithequark products, including their features and benefits
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all blithequark products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely
