We're seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our call center team at blithequark. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you'll play a pivotal role in selling our broadband and television solutions while providing exceptional customer service. About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Selling blithequark's broadband and television solutions to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality service delivery
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
• Working in a fast-paced call center environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals, targets, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals: Proven track record of sales success and a drive to meet and exceed targets
• A high school diploma or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement for this role
• One year of customer service or call center experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment
