Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with our state-of-the-art systems and technologies, collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers who share your passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to upsell and cross-sell our offerings
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, reducing churn and driving customer retention
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude, embodying the blithequark spirit
What We Offer
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shifts, 5 days a week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Proven track record of solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work-from-Home Requirements
* A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace
- Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
