Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harlingen, Texas. As a key member of our call center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
* Answering Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Making Outbound Calls: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
* Maintaining Composure: Handle escalated situations with poise and professionalism.
* Building Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to earn their loyalty and trust.
* Operating Accurately & Efficiently: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities at once.

Essential Qualifications
* 1 Year of Call Center or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and events.
* Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer applications and software.
* Self-Motivation: Confident in your ability to motivate yourself and meet sales targets.
* Age and Education: 18 years of age or older, with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ Years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams and driving results.
