Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining our databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Entering data into our systems using MS Office and other data programs
  • Ensuring timely submission of work and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs (e.g., Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., Google Forms, Zoho CRM, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Work Arrangements

As a part-time Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from home or any other location that suits your needs. We understand that many of our candidates have other commitments, such as work, business, or college, and we are happy to accommodate your schedule. You will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the option to increase your hours as needed.
