Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Amazon customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule with part-time hours (under 4 hours/day). Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Customer Service team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing returns and exchanges
