Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary role will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients through inbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Demonstrating active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Working efficiently with basic computer applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Maintaining a clear, professional, and friendly voice during all customer interactions
  • Typing at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • A clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Spanish/English Bilingual skills, which will be considered a significant plus
  • Availability to work both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday), which will be viewed favorably
