About the Role: Customer Service Associate

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our Patient Services team. As an individual contributor, you will work cross-functionally with other teams within the organization, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive the support and guidance they need to optimize their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
