Key Responsibilities – What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Data Collection & Validation: Perform pre‑ and post‑analysis of client programs, product launches, and functional changes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Insight Generation: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large data sets, employing statistical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to surface actionable recommendations. A/B Testing Support: Coordinate and monitor pilot and A/B tests, documenting results and communicating findings to stakeholders. Process Optimization: Maintain and update essential business tools (e.g., BPM, workflow models) to align with evolving operational needs. Risk & Issue Management: Detect data gaps and propose corrective actions, facilitating continuous improvement across the Benefit Development lifecycle. Strategic Modeling: Build and refine business case models that reflect financial targets, revenue shifts, and value‑chain enhancements. Reporting & Presentation: Produce clear, concise reports and PowerPoint decks that translate technical findings into compelling narratives for senior leadership. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support initiatives such as cost‑to‑serve analysis, budgeting, and capital planning. Ad‑Hoc Projects: Undertake any additional tasks that contribute to the success of the Florida Choice Support Group and broader Coca‑Cola objectives. Essential Qualifications – The Foundations of Success Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role with a strong emphasis on reporting, forecasting, or performance measurement. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, macros), comfortable working with Microsoft Power BI or similar visual analytics platforms.
