Our apps, MDacne and MDhair, automatically analyze the skin or hair using our AI technology and then deliver a customized treatment kit to the customers' doorstep. We have 2 brands:

• MDacne - the #1 dermatology app in the US & UK App Store. 5M+ people have downloaded MDacne to analyze their acne and get a customized treatment kit.
• MDhair - the first-ever fully customized hair regrowth treatment kit, allowing people with hair loss to analyze a picture of their scalp and get a personalized hair regrowth treatment.

We currently operate in a fully remote environment, so collaboration and flexibility are key to the success of our company. About the role As part of the job, you will be responsible for:

• Resposible for the company's brand marketing efforts, reporting to the CEO.
• Elevating our brands from all creative directions - from working with designers to improve our websites and products to managing photoshoots and working with copywriters.
• Managing and building our creative team to produce innovative videos & images for our marketing campaigns, social media channels, and websites.
• Coming up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns and being responsible for executing them from start to finish.
• Analyze data and collaborate cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of our customer needs and build a positioning for the brand that builds trust and confidence.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing.
• Successful track record in scaling a direct-to-consumer brand. Proven success in creating compelling, customer-focused programs.
• Experience creating a brand identity and brand voice in collaboration with an external agency or internal creative director, driven by consumer insights research and testing.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to build teams and develop others.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth consumer-facing company preferred.
• Personal passion for health and wellness topics preferred.
