Transform Customer Experiences as a Principal Product Manager - Customer Data Platform

As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer engagement at GEICO, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. We offer a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement and a competitive salary range of $128,000 - $224,000 per year. As a key player in our technology transformation journey, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive the CDP roadmap, enabling a single view of our customers and powering operational and analytical use cases. Your expertise will help us evolve the CDP into the ultimate data experience for product-led growth and business professionals. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop user stories, and drive trade-off decisions. Your goal will be to deliver best-in-class experiences and enabling capabilities that delight our customers. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX teams to understand use cases and segmentation needs Develop a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals Identify new data sources and onboard existing data sources to the CDP Evolving our identity resolution models (deterministic and probabilistic) Build and run queries to answer questions and build segment and build solutions for users of CDP to be able to self-serve Be the CDP subject matter expert, gathering information to create accurate, informative, and resonant user stories for both the business and the data team Help build the product roadmap, define user stories, and drive trade-off decisions Identify new products and features on behalf of the customer, leading 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap, and achieve benefit, adoption, and financial results Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and related experience with 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager 4+ years of experience in managing Customer Data Platforms Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment Fluency with concepts like unique identifier, API, ETL, etc. Data proficiency - you can source, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible, hybrid remote arrangement Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment Premier Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with no waiting period Paid Vacation, Sick, and Parental Leave 401(k) Plan and Tuition Assistance How to Apply: If you're passionate about transforming customer experiences and have a strong background in product management, we encourage you to apply.
