You will play a crucial role in Sparteo's growth by optimizing our partnerships and ensuring successful collaborations.Your Key Responsibilities Partnership Development Identify and secure partnerships with key players in the advertising ecosystem (DSP, SSP, International Sales house) Build and nurture relationships with strategic stakeholders Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities Operations Management Collaborate with technical teams on implementation and optimization Ensure smooth communication between partners and internal teams Drive performance improvement initiatives Contract Management Oversee partnership agreements and negotiations Handle partner relations and resolve any issues effectively Ensure compliance with legal requirements Your profile for this jobTechnical Expertise Strong knowledge of AdTech ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, programmatic) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Understanding of advertising technologies Soft Skills Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Strong relationship-building skills Problem-solving mindset Organized and detail-oriented Requirements 5+ years experience in AdTech or similar field Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field Fluency in English and French Your mind set to share our adventure You want to make an impact and move things forward collectively.
