Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing global team. As an entry-level team member, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new customers and guiding them through the initial stages of our services and products. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless onboarding experience by assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them feel confident using our platforms. Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact with new customers via email, chat, and scheduled video calls.

Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth setup.

Deliver clear instructions and documentation on how to use our products or services.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Tech) to resolve any onboarding-related issues.

Track onboarding milestones and follow up with customers to ensure progress.

  • *

Conduct onboarding sessions and walkthroughs tailored to client needs.

  • *

Collect customer feedback to identify common pain points and areas for improvement.

  • *

Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular onboarding reports.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Proficiency in using email, video conferencing tools, and basic CRM systems.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple onboarding requests simultaneously.

No prior professional experience is required. Freshers are welcome.

Internship or part-time experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles is a plus.

Familiarity with SaaS or tech platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.

Full-Time Position: 5 Days a Week

Flexible remote working hours (with availability for client time zones as required)

Initial training hours may be scheduled during standard business hours
