Partner or Senior Attorney - Insurance Coverage Job Title: Partner or Senior Attorney - Insurance Coverage Location: We have an office in Manhattan, but majority of our Attorneys and Partners are fully remote! Compensation: $225,000-$300,000+ Base Salary (Negotiable and DOE). There are also additional opportunities for bonuses and other incentives- year end bonus and productivity-sed bonuses. The firm also provides an excellent benefits package and 401k! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior-level Insurance Coverage Attorney or Partner to join our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of all facets of insurance coverage law and a proven track record in providing strategic advice and representation to clients in complex coverage disputes. Ideally, we're looking for an Attorney who has 8-15+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage preferably coming from a Firm setting and also has great communication skills!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage matters.
- Represent clients in litigation related to insurance claims and disputes.
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage issues for clients.
- Develop strategies for effective resolution of coverage disputes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance law and regulations to advise clients accordingly.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New York.
- Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in insurance coverage law.
- Proven experience in litigation and claims handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
