Senior Infor LX/BPCS Business Analyst / Consultant
Location: Chicago suburbs (Lisle, IL) (Possible Work from Home / Tele-commute) Status: Full-Time Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years Reports to: Consulting Manager Company Description: Leveraging over two decades of experience in the service and support of ERP systems in the manufacturing and distribution industry, Crossroads RMC is the most knowledgeable and insightful provider of comprehensive implementation, technical and/or functional consulting services for BPCS/LX. In addition, Crossroads RMC is a leading developer of data collection solutions for shop floor, warehousing, receiving, production, and time and labor reporting, with our installed base including hundreds of customer sites. A well-established firm located in the suburbs of Chicago, Crossroads RMC has a loyal customer base, both domestic & international, for our high-quality products and services with a good reputation industry wide. Additionally, Crossroads RMC is experiencing significant growth in existing and new markets. Description of Responsibilities:
- Work with clients in defining, gathering and documenting business requirements
- Assist users in implementing features and functionality within their ERP and related systems
- Serve as a project manager for ERP and related software implementations
- Identify opportunities within assigned accounts
- Function as a technical liaison to the development team at Crossroads RMC
- Work with the development team to test and deliver ERP and related solutions to clients
- Train clients on the use of the standard ERP and related software
- 75%+ travel, including some possible international travel
Required Qualifications:
- 5 plus years BPCS/LX experience required
- 5 plus years industry specific experience
- 5 plus years of ERP Business Analyst and/or Functional Consulting Experience
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- A solid background in project management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Data collection experience a plus
- APICS Certification a plus
