Role Overview We’re hiring a Business Systems & Process Analyst to design the systems, workflows, and intelligence that make Ignition smarter every day. You’ll turn our CFOs’ expertise into scalable, AI-enhanced processes, build transparency into how we operate, and embed automation where it drives the greatest impact. The systems you create will directly shape how Ignition delivers excellence and scales efficiently. Why this role stands out:

What You’ll BringBuilder Mindset (Non-Negotiable) You’ve built things—not just managed them. You see patterns, automate where it matters, and design with adoption in mind. Your experience should show:

• Workflows or automations you’ve created (n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar)
• AI-enhanced solutions you’ve deployed (custom GPTs, Claude personas, or applied LLM tools)
• End-to-end processes you’ve designed and scaled successfully
• Tangible outcomes such as reduced reporting time or time savings from automation

Professional Foundation

• 3–5 years in operations, consulting, or professional services
• Big Four (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) or top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Strong business acumen and comfort with financial statements, metrics, and reporting
• Proven ability to synthesize complexity into clarity for executive audiences

Technical Agility

• Fluency in using AI tools for real-world work
• Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, dashboards, data analysis)
• Quick learner who thrives on solving new operational challenges
