TeamDynamix is seeking a remote Director of Sales Development who is eager to drive the company’s rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead, motivate, and coach a team of 12 SDRs, helping them reach new levels of success. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing counterparts to develop and enhance lead generation programs, refine qualification strategies, and help strengthen our competitive positioning. About the Role

TeamDynamix, a leading B2B SaaS provider, is seeking a driven and experienced Director of Sales Development to lead our SDR team through hyper-growth. In this role, you’ll manage a team of high-performing SDRs, build scalable outbound programs, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. This team operates as a feeder team for our field sales organization. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team to ensure a strong bench.   • Lead, motivate, and develop a world-class team.
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor junior-level sales development members.
  • Develop playbooks, best practices, and repeatable processes for SDR success.
  • Coach and mentor senior SDRs to ensure ongoing development and migration to sales.
  • Attend events to gain market insights, work side-by-side with SDRs and field sales.
  • Be the go-to resource for the SDR team for product and market positioning.
  • Ensure disciplined qualification and flawless SAO (Sales Accepted Opportunity) handoff.
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, outbound sequences, and market messaging.
  • Leverage data, insights, marketing activity and other tools to identify targets.
  • Track and optimize outbound performance; analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Audit and maintain pipeline integrity, ensuring clear next steps on every opportunity.
  • Participate in sales calls and forecast reviews to align SDR efforts with overall sales strategy.
  • Manage compensation plans and reporting with precision and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and results.

What You’ll Bring

  • Track record of building and scaling successful, metrics-driven SDR organizations.
  • Proven experience in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • 6-10+ years of experience managing SDR or Inside Sales teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience as an SDR with a strong understanding of enterprise sales motions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You love turning data into action.
  • Experience selling into IT or technology buying centers.
