Requirements and Qualifications Advanced Degree: Hold an advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Leadership Experience: Have leadership (staff level) experience with large-scale data, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functionally, work independently, and provoke others. Statistical Knowledge: Possess strong statistical knowledge and intuition, with experience in experimentation or other product analytics settings. Product Knowledge: Have strong product knowledge and intuition, with experience in client/consumer interface settings or internally serving technical audiences, including engineers. Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to communicate and drive product change across a wide range of stakeholders. Technical Skills: Possess strong SQL skills and quantitative programming abilities in Python or R.
