Position Summary Synergy Pet Group is seeking a high-impact sales leader to accelerate the growth of two cornerstone brands: Pet Assure, the nation’s largest veterinary network, and DVM Galaxy, our website-building platform for veterinary practices. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and momentum behind expanding our veterinary network—personally driving outreach while leading a small team of Network Developers. You’ll build the roadmap, set the pace, and deliver the results that solidify Pet Assure as the go-to partner for veterinary practices nationwide. This is both a strategic and hands-on role: part builder, part coach, part closer. You’ll define go-to-market priorities, open new markets, strengthen retention and engagement, and forge partnerships that fuel scalable growth. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to shape how practices discover, adopt, and engage with our programs. Together, Pet Assure and DVM Galaxy create a powerful ecosystem for attracting and supporting veterinary practices—your leadership will determine how widely and deeply that value is felt. What You’ll Do Lead & Elevate a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Network Developers focused on bringing new veterinary practices into the Pet Assure Network.
  • Set ambitious goals, establish accountability frameworks, and foster a culture of performance, positivity, and continuous improvement.

Be a Hands-On Sales Driver

  • Personally engage in outreach, build relationships with veterinary practices, and sign new partners—modeling top-tier sales execution.
  • Identify priority markets, strategic opportunities, and untapped segments.

Own Network Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for expanding the Pet Assure Network.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation, segmentation, campaigns, and top-of-funnel pipeline growth.
  • Develop value-add programs, incentives, and messaging that position Pet Assure as a preferred partner for U.S. veterinarians.

Strengthen Practice Engagement & Retention

  • Build deep relationships with veterinary practices to understand needs and continuously refine our value proposition.
  • Co-create onboarding experiences with operations teams to ensure smooth, consistent activation for both Pet Assure and DVM Galaxy.

Drive Data-Backed Performance

  • Create and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks that track progress, reveal opportunities, and guide decisions.
  • Monitor key metrics across acquisition, retention, support, and satisfaction—then take action to improve them.

Be the Voice of the Veterinary Network

  • Advocate internally for the needs of partner practices, feeding insights to Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Help shape offerings, service enhancements, and strategic decisions that elevate the experience of our veterinary partners.

Success Looks Like

  • New Practices Onboarded: Strong quarter-over-quarter growth in new veterinary partners sourced through Pet Assure channels.
  • Acquisition & Retention Efficiency: Lower cost per acquisition and improved retention year-over-year.
  • Practice Retention Rate: High retention driven by engagement, support, and value delivery.
  • Support & Satisfaction: Fast response times, high complaint-resolution rates, and measurable improvements in partner satisfaction.
  • Innovation: Meaningful process improvements or initiatives launched with clear impact on revenue, efficiency, or experience.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within veterinary, healthcare, insurance, or SaaS.
  • A track record of growing B2B networks or partner ecosystems.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience running multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and reporting dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset paired with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for pets, veterinary medicine, or improving animal care (strong plus).
