Job Summary

As an AI Project Team Leader & Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading our AI chatbot and tech projects through their full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and optimization. You'll work closely with our CS director to define and improve autoflows, AI agent performance, and related processes. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and leading process and AI improvement initiatives to meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead AI chatbot and tech projects through full lifecycle: discovery, delivery, and optimization

  • Manage day-to-day tasks, sprints, and team priorities to ensure timely project delivery
  • Collaborate with the CS director to define and improve autoflows, AI agent performance, and related processes
  • Identify and lead process and AI improvement initiatives to meet customer and business needs
  • Track KPIs, spot gaps, and drive data-based decisions to inform project decisions
  • Work with product teams to enhance AI agents and automate processes
  • Stay updated on AI and chatbot best practices to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
  • Help team members grow by coaching, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities to improve their skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience leading projects and teams in tech, product ops, or support tech

  • Strong experience with chatbot tools and prompt optimization (Experience with Forethought is a plus)
  • Proven track record of managing AI projects, tools, and team delivery within Customer Care
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with a bias for action and improvement
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Hands-on experience with support tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, analytics tools, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies

  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
  • Certification in project management or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
