Job Summary

As a Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist), you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients via live chat and email. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking information about our properties, services, or general company information. Your primary goal will be to resolve client inquiries efficiently, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the database.
