Role Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our guests across various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Availability to work overtime as required: We operate a 24/7 contact center, and you may be required to work overtime to meet business needs.
• Availability to work any shift during business hours, including evenings and weekends: You will need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certification required within first 60 days of employment: We will pay for the first attempt of certification, and you will be expected to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
