Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Virtual Customer Service Representatives. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our customers via phone, email, and other digital channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer support regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to landing.

  • Address customer queries concerning baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with emergency response communications if necessary, working closely with our emergency response team to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Handle high volumes of customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize company-provided technology tools to maintain communication and manage tasks, working closely with our team to achieve our customer service goals.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
