The Role

As an Entry-Level Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance through live chat on our websites and social media accounts. Your mission will be to engage customers with clear, friendly advice, resolve their queries, and provide reassurance in a timely and professional manner. Whether customers are seeking product information, recommendations, or help with an order, you'll be the go-to expert who brings resolutions and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide clear, friendly advice and guidance to customers, resolving their issues and ensuring a positive experience
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:
