Whether customers are seeking product information, recommendations, or help with an order, you'll be the go-to expert who brings resolutions and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Provide clear, friendly advice and guidance to customers, resolving their issues and ensuring a positive experience
