The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support, answer questions, and offer guidance on our comprehensive range of benefits. While sales are not a primary focus, you may have opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who are interested.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to union members via phone, email, or chat
- Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
- Answer questions and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Offer guidance on our comprehensive range of benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and more
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who are interested
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to members
Requirements:
* Flexible hours to accommodate your schedule and work-life balance
- Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
