Key Responsibilities

  • Email and Correspondence: Managing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, forwarding messages to appropriate team members, and maintaining an organized inbox.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinating schedules, scheduling meetings, and managing appointments for team members, using calendar software and ensuring that all conflicts are resolved promptly.
  • Travel Coordination: Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for team members and clients, while adhering to budgetary constraints and sustainability criteria.
  • Office Supplies and Equipment: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working condition.
  • General Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to team members, including filing, copying, scanning, organizing documents, and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
