Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. You'll work closely with our experienced team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer information, service requests, and payment details
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely completion of services
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including HVAC systems and related technologies
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction with every interaction
  • Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere
  • Manage your time well, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively and meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Great phone skills are required!
  • Light Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
  • HVAC office experience a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
