Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and Zoom chats. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls, emails, and Zoom chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Help clients understand their insurance benefits and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
  • Manage customer information and support service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the virtual team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Work from home or a remote location, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Clear communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic technical comfort with Zoom, email, and online forms (training will be provided)
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • No experience is necessary – we provide full training from day one!

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
