Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian language expertise at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast and professional assistance to customers and business representatives via phone and email in Hungarian
  • Processing orders, resolving requirements, and answering questions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Working independently and reliably to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
