Job Summary

As an International Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through non-voice channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries and concerns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude that represents blithequark's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries and concerns through non-voice channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Provide exceptional customer support by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications and Skills
