The Role We’re looking for a winner— an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney who’s hungry to deliver results, grow quickly, and play a key role in a modern, remote law firm that’s scaling quickly. What You’ll Do

• Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems.
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact.
• Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
• Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients.
• Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight.

Your Skills & Mindset

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Superb research, writing, and analytical ability.
• Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team.
• Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive.

Compensation

Potential— base range $140,000–$160,000 plus rich incentives; annual target of $250,000+.
